어떤 프로그램을 실행하려고 할때 이런 에러가 뜰때가 있다.
16비트 MS-DOS 하위 시스템
경로명..
C:\Winnt\System32\config.nt 시스템 파일이 MS-DOS와 Microsoft Windows 응용 프로그램을 실행시키기에 적당하지 않습니다. 응용 프로그램을 마치려면 '닫기'를 클릭하십시오.
이경우는
Config.nt
Autoexec.nt
Command.com
이 3화일이 없거나 손상되었을때 발생하는데
이화일들을 쉽게 복구하기위해서 2가지 방법이 있다
\windows\repair 폴더에서 복구가능
copy c:\windows\repair\config.nt c:\windows\system32\config.nt
copy c:\windows\repair\autoexec.nt c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
Windows XP CD-ROM 의 I386폴더에서복구가능
씨디롬\i386\config.nt_ c:\windows\system32\config.nt
씨디롬\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
씨디롬\i386\command.co_ c:\windows\system32\command.com

저도 같은 문제로 고생하다가 우연히 한 사이트에서 찾은 프로그램이 있습니다.

This installaton program will reinstall the missing or corrupt Windows XP system files command.com, autoexec.nt and config.nt. The absence or corruption of one or more of these files causes a "16 Bit Subsystem" error.
We recommend that you download this file and save it to your desktop or to another location where you can find it. Double click on the file to run it once it's downloaded. If problem reoccurs in the future, simply re-run this program.
(해석) 이 실행 프로그램은 Windows XP system files 인 , command.com, autoexec.nt and config.nt 화일들이 없어지거나 이상이 생겼을때 다시 복구해줍니다. 이 시스템 화일중 하나 이상의 화일들이 없어지거나 이상이 생기면 16 Bit Subsystem" error 문제가 발생합니다.
이 화일을 desktop 이나 본인이 찾기 쉬운 다른곳에 다운받아 저장한 후 더블 클릭해서 실행하기를 권합니다.
만약 나중에 또 같은 문제가 발생하면 다시 실행해 주면 됩니다.

다운로드해서 실행하면 바로 고쳐지더군요. ^^
도아님께서 벌써 팁을 올려주셨는데 혹시 하나 하나 cmd 에서 적용하기 귀찮으신 분들은 사용해 보세여.

이렇게 해도 상관없는 것이겠죠?
